We've been in the travel industry for over 12 years and pride ourselves by providing the best customer service you'll ever receive. We will listen carefully to your needs and desires when discussing your vacation. We will then go through our vast list of suppliers to put together the perfect vacation package for you. We also provide the following services once booked:- We'll provide destination information, including weather and things to do
- We will monitor pricing - if we find a price drop that you are entitled to, we will contact the supplier and get the price drop for you
- While you are traveling, we are available for assistance if there is a problem.
- We will contact a supplier on your behalf if there were issues that could not be resolved when you were traveling.
- We will assist in completion of travel insurance claims.
You work with a Wedding Planner for your wedding, why shouldn't you work with an experienced Honeymoon Planner for your honeymoon? The biggest difference between us and a Wedding Planner - WE DON'T CHARGE YOU A FEE! We are paid by the supplier that your vacation is booked through. Whether you realize it or not even if you book on your own, you are still paying that same price and the hotel or resort is keeping the commission.You'll have no one to call with questions or problems. So why wouldn't you book with a travel agent for the same price and get the service you deserve?
When you call us for your Destination Wedding, Honeymoon or ANY vacation, we have a questionnaire to fill out to help us determine exactly what your perfect honeymoon (or any vacation) looks like. We'll then ask for your budget and create the itinerary that best fits your expectations and budget. Our aim is to come in under budge - as long as your budget is realistic. (Yes, we will tell you if your budget isn't realistic!) We also offer a price matching service for land vacations - if we can book the same exact package you see online, we can beat it.
For most of our vacation packages, unless you are booking within 75 days of your travel date or a special rate , full payment is usually not required at the time of booking - a deposit covering air and a portion of the hotel or cruise are all that is needed to book, with your final payment due anywhere from 75 - 45 days before traveling. Online agencies usually require full payment at the time of booking (if we are price matching, you will need to pay in full for your trip).
We also offer many travel insurance options for your vacation. Don't let hurricanes, snow storms, volcanic eruptions, illness, job loss, etc. cause financial ruin if an occurrence causes your trip to be canceled. Contrary to popular belief - you usually won't get any money back unless you purchase travel insurance.
